Our training philosophy is that competition should be fun, and that improvement matters more than any single result. When we apply effort towards getting better, we open up more opportunities to succeed than if we focused solely on one aspect of our game or our lives. That’s what meaningful training is all about – improving as students, people, and as lacrosse players.
Each athlete is unique – and our training plans are designed to develop the specific skills an individual needs to become a well-rounded player and person. It’s not simply practicing stick work (though being able to pass, catch, and shoot from any place or time on the field is important). It’s also about improving footwork, decision-making, field awareness, and sportsmanship to succeed at the highest-possible levels.
While Premier Players Lacrosse enjoys helping individual athletes “Be Better,” we also excel at team coaching and team development. Jeff can assist with practice plans, team building strategies, identifying recruitment needs, team confidence and attitude, and more. Master coaching is available nationally and internationally – either as an in-person guest coach or via video conference with existing coaching staff and teams.
